To mark the Year of Youth in Kazakhstan, 40 Kazakh and foreign artists (aged between 18-35) from 15 countries, including Argentina, China, Cuba, France, Korea, Italy, Madagascar, Turkey and the United States, presented their works. Among them one of the best works from Moon series by Wang Yuyang. It was held at the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation and Palace of Independence. Its curators are Dina Baitassova (Art Advisory Founder of Artios) and Jérôme Sans (French art critic and director of contemporary art institutions).

The Astana Art Show 2019 organisers were Artios Art Advisory and the city of Akimat, the Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Sport, the Kazakh National Museum and the Ruhani Zhangyru (Modernisation of Kazakhstan’s Identity) Programme Office.
